Fascia Yoga Series
Each series includes four on-demand one hour and fifteen minutes classes.
Unwind stuck tension, aches, anxious and stressed energy.
Increase fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing, and body techniques. Understand how to safely unwind tension in the fascia, and how the fascia connects the body and mind.
Upgrade your DNA expression, increase postural alignment, release stressful energy in the body and mind, and reduce the effects of trauma.
Increase mobility of the neck, spine, and low back and overall flexibility.
Recalibrate the nervous system and learn techniques to keep you calm every week between classes.
If you experience chronic pain, stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or grief, this class is for you!
Class includes floor and standing postures, gentle Hatha yoga, restorative fascia yoga, and concludes with a guided meditation.
Your yoga teacher Erin Doty is certified in Myofascial Yoga.
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.
