On-Demand - Yoga for Pelvic Health - 60 minutes
Yoga for Pelvic Health classes educate you about pelvic health, spinal alignment, how to reduce neck and back pain, and various pelvic health experiences with proven breath and somatic techniques. Learn to activate and relax the "Core 4" to work synergistically for a deeper anatomical and breath connection. Expand pelvic floor awareness interoceptively and learn how to intelligently increase pelvic floor tone. These classes include informative anatomy, yoga postures for pelvic health, self-awareness, connective tissue, and pranayama for breath exploration. Each class concludes with guided meditation. This class is empowering and increases joy and creativity!
