Erin is a YACEP, ERYT500 certified yoga, self-awareness, and meditation teacher, specializing in yoga for pelvic health, fascia release, energy balance, and nervous system regulation.
She offers death doula services, grief support, education and communication with the afterlife as a spiritual medium and educator.
